HAKI P&C manufactures glass-reinforced polyester and vinyl-ester (GRP / GRV) systems for water, wastewater and industry at its plant in the Ismailia Free Zone — an Egyptian production facility running composite technology developed in Finland.
HAKI P&C is the group’s composites division — a joint venture with an Egyptian plant in the Ismailia Free Zone, licensed by the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI). Its production is based on GRP machinery and know-how transferred from Haki-Muovi Oy, a Finnish reinforced-plastics manufacturer, under a 2019 technology-transfer agreement; the plant’s technical management has experience in composite construction dating back to the 1990s.

- GRP / GRV pipes and pipelines — for underground and above-ground service in water, wastewater, irrigation and industrial duty
- Pumping stations — prefabricated GRP wet wells and lift stations, delivered ready to install
- Pressure-boosting systems — packaged pressure-increase units for water distribution
- Tanks — corrosion-free storage for water, sewage and chemicals
- Insulating plates — GRP flat laminates for electrical and industrial use
GRP does not corrode, needs no cathodic protection or linings, and installs at roughly a quarter of the weight of ductile iron — a real advantage on desert alignments and congested sites alike.
