1. General information
P&C manufacture two standard Panel Space Heaters in two sizes for enclosures & switch boards for prevention of condensation, corrosion of Electrical components & leakage current In HT & LT panels. The heaters are complying with endurance and anti-vibration.
The heaters have the following characteristics:
- Insulation level: 2 KV for 1 min
- Standard power tolerance: ± 10%
2. Construction:
- The Body is available to make of heat sink grade extruded aluminum or anodized heat sink grade extruded aluminum.
- High quality Nichrome Element material is used as heating element
- Mica is used for optimum insulation
- Resistance element and insulation are held tight in between aluminum parts and squeezed
- We use our own ceramic porcelain connector
- Individual tests are being carried on all the heater
3. Advantages:
